Delivery Methods

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out through transport companies Nova Poshta, Justin (or others at the request of the customer).

The cost of delivery depends on the value of the order:

• Free delivery for orders over 3000 UAH (weight ≤ 5 kg)
• For cash on delivery – the carrier's commission is paid by the buyer.
• Orders less than 3000 UAH – delivery according to the carrier's rates.
• Minimum order for individuals: 200 UAH.
• Minimum order for legal entities: 1000 UAH.

Types of Payments

We offer several payment methods:

• Cashless account (IBAN) – a favorable option for orders > 1000 UAH.
• Cash on delivery (temporarily disabled).

Warranty / Returns

The warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
Exchange or return is possible within 14 days if the goods have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
